At Gems Amsterdam, we are pleased to offer the following shipping options:

Netherlands: Free shipping on orders from €55. For orders under €55 you pay €3.95 shipping costs.

Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France: Free shipping on orders from €100. For orders under €100 you pay €6.95 shipping costs.

Order processing times

Your orders are important to us! Please allow 1-3 working days to process and ship your order after placement. An order is considered shipped once it has been handed over to our shipping partner. Please note that during peak periods and public holidays, processing times may be up to 7 working days.

Estimated shipping times

Once shipped, the delivery time of your package depends on the country:

Netherlands: 2-5 working days

Belgium: 2-5 working days 

France, Germany & Luxembourg: 5-8 working days 

Please be aware that shipping partners may experience delays during peak periods, holidays or due to customs procedures for international deliveries. These factors may extend the delivery time beyond our initial estimates.

Changes to orders and correct shipping details

It is crucial that shipping details provided at checkout are complete and correct. Incorrect information may lead to delays or cancellation. If problems are identified with the address provided, our support team will contact you by email within 3 working days to confirm the details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we may have to cancel the order.

If you discover an error in your shipping details after ordering, please contact us at info@gemsamsterdam.com within 24 hours. While we make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee adjustments after this period.

Delayed delivery

We aim to ship all orders promptly. However, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, severe weather or unexpected logistical issues. If your order is affected by this, we will keep you informed and work closely with the courier to deliver your parcel as soon as possible.

Lost or stolen parcels

Once an order is in the hands of our courier partners, Gems Amsterdam cannot control its fate. If your parcel is lost or stolen, please contact us at info@gemsamsterdam.com, and we will assist you. We recommend contacting the courier directly to make a claim, as they may need specific information from you. While lost or stolen packages are not covered by our refund policy, we are committed to resolving these issues, including a possible replacement depending on the situation.
