Return policy of Gems Amsterdam
At Gems Amsterdam, we are committed to offering quality products designed to make your artwork your own. If you are still not satisfied after 14 days, you can request a return. Please note that shipping costs for a return are at your own expense.
Starting a return
To initiate a return, contact our support team by filling in the form on our Contact page or by emailing us directly at info@gemsamsterdam.com. Please include your order number or the name and email address used for the purchase to speed up the process. Note that as a customer, you are responsible for paying the return costs.
Cancellation policy
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, it may be too late to change your order as it will already be in processing. If you cancel within the time allowed, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Damaged articles
We ensure that our products are properly packed to prevent damage during transport. An item is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken. Problems with packaging, such as dented boxes that do not affect the condition of the product, do not qualify as damage. Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery by sending us a photo of the damage at info@gemsamsterdam.com. We will assess this and respond with the option of a free replacement if applicable. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear or abuse will not be replaced or refunded.

Please note that Gems Amsterdam reserves the right to change the return and refund policy at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review the latest version before making a purchase. By purchasing and using our products, you accept this policy.
